JOURNALISM EXPERIENCE

Present - AOL Contributing Writer - Write, produce and star in weekly video reviews of As Seen On TV products for AOL's consumer website www.WalletPop.com. Reviews are frequently featured on AOL's Welcome Screen and have more than 1.2 million hits in just two months. A print review accompanies each video.

2009-2010 - Internet Content Provider - Clients include www.AARP.org, Demand Studios and www.123Life.com.

1989-1997 - National Features Correspondent - Gannett News Service, Arlington, Virginia - Wrote and reported feature stories for 90 Gannett newspapers, including USA Today. Topics included health, trends, coping and entertainment.

1995-1997 - Homes Editor for Gannett News Service, Arlington, Virginia -  Coordinated weekly Homes package distributed to 90 Gannett Newspapers. Duties included collecting and editing home improvement and design stories from Gannett writers, acquiring photos and graphics, arranging and producing photo shoots.

1988-1990 - Lifestyles Cover Story Writer - Gannett Suburban Newspapers, White Plains, New York    Reported and wrote feature stories for Lifestyles section of nine-paper suburban chain. 

1984-1988 - Syndicated Gossip Columnist - Gannett Suburban Newspapers - Wrote and reported "Hot Stuff," a daily celebrity column syndicated nationwide through Gannett News Service.

1977-1983 - Arts and Entertainment Editor - Fairpress Newspaper, Fairfield, Connecticut - Designed and edited leisure section of 70,000-circulation weekly.
